How does this sound? Fried chicken, squash, mashed potatoes, biscuits, and black eyed peas. That's the dinner served in the first scene of James Wesley's "Unbroken Circle," running Wednesdays at St Luke's Theater on West 46th Street. It's prepared before the each performance by the author's mother.
The play is presented, I might add, by the Pink Pig's official funniest man in New York, Seth Rudetsky, and Mary J. Davis. Win tickets after the jump.
To win a pair of tickets, email me your answer to the following question ([email protected]). First correct answer wins the tickets, and my decision is final.
The name of this traditional southern dish is also associated with live theater and music venues. What's the dish and by what collective name are these venues known?
CONTEST RESTRICTIONS: Winner will receive a ticket voucher redeemable for two tickets to a performance of his/her choice through June 26, 2013. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply.
Good luck! Here's the production's website.
