In the middle of this nasty, moist, early taste of winter, let's see if there's any consoling fun to be had in reviewing what this fall's upcoming restaurants say they are going to do to us (or for us).

A year ago, I said of Compose, "This is going to be a quirky one:  duck fat popcorn, if you see what I mean." 

Disneyworld!: Ten Years Ago

Yes indeed, my one and only - so far - journey to an outpost of the Walt Disney empire.  Disneyworld in Florida, towing behind me one not-quite-yearling, my daughter, and two children aged around seven or eight.  Fun for all.  Actually, it was all very interesting and there was a pretty good dinner to be had.
