New? I can't find much information about it. Possibly, of course, owned by a Mr Rubirosa. But I wonder...
...just how well known is the story of how the term "rubirosa" came to be used in Italian restaurants? I mean, maybe everybody knows. Of course, you can be lazy and google it.
