"Wilfrid" is a creation of Kim Davis and Quiet Days.
Kim's career in journalism began as a second-generation hip young gunslinger for London's New Musical Express in 1977. He was a regular contributor to City Limits, and a founding editor of the philosophy journal Cogito; he has a doctorate in modern European philosophy from the University of Bristol. In addition to putting words into Wilfrid's mouth, he writes poetry and reads regularly on the New York club circuit; a work on urban ontology is interminably in progress.
Quiet Days is a New York-based publishing and performance business.
